Frequently Asked Questions

  • A flat 15-foot by 15-foot area is ideal, but we can work with a little less if needed. The space should be outdoors (or covered outdoor like a patio or pavilion) with overhead clearance — no low branches or awnings — and a safe distance from anything flammable.

A few logistical things we need for setup:

    • A hard, level surface (concrete, pavers, asphalt, packed gravel) from where we park to the setup area. We roll our equipment in on wheels, so grass, sand, or soft dirt makes that difficult.

    • No stairs between the parking area and the setup spot.

    • At least a 3-foot-wide opening to get our equipment through (gates, doorways, side yards).

We bring everything else — no kitchen, electricity, or running water needed. If you're not sure whether your space will work, send us a few photos when you reach out and we'll let you know.

  • There's no minimum guest count — just a $1,000 minimum spend. That works for everything from intimate gatherings to large parties. For bigger events, we comfortably serve up to around 150 guests with a single oven setup. Planning something larger? Reach out and we'll scale up to fit.

  • Yes — we serve the greater Sacramento area, including Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Roseville, Elk Grove, and beyond. Events outside of the greater Sacramento area may include a travel fee. We'll let you know up front in your quote.

  • Everything you need for the pizza experience: our mobile oven, all ingredients, two hours of continuous service, setup, cleanup, the buffet table we serve from, and disposable plates, napkins, and utensils. All you need to provide is the space.

  • For weekends in spring and summer, we recommend booking 6–8 weeks out. For off-season events, 2–3 weeks is usually enough — but the sooner you reach out, the better your chances of locking in your date.

  • We can operate under a covered outdoor space (a tent, awning, or pavilion) as long as there's proper ventilation. If the forecast looks rough, we'll touch base with you the week of your event to make a plan.

  • A 25% deposit secures your date. Typically the remaining balance is due one week before event date.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a full refund of your deposit. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable, but we'll do our best to reschedule if your event is postponed.
